Ponzu - ポン酢
The juice of acidic citrus fruits such as daidai, sudachi, kabosu, or lemon. Most commonly, ponzu is an abbreviation for ponzu jooyu, a mixture of such juice and soy sauce, used as a dip for mizutaki and chirinabe.
