"We want to become known as purveyors of top-quality foods, to be a sound source of foodie information, and to offer a very personal and reliable service", Pairò told me, "so it is important we take just one step at a time. We must walk before we can run. No rushing."

They travel through Catalonia and beyond when they can, seeking new artisan producers, tasting products and building relationships. Back at base, Risques updates almost daily their excellent website.

Das Angebot macht mich schon sehr an. Vielleicht sollte man sich hier in Zürich mit einigen Leuten zusammentun, um grössere Bestellungen machen zu können. Das wäre auch bedeutend ökologischer.
